Stephen began his working life in the UK construction industry.  He had various engineering and management roles across a variety of industrial, commercial, residential, and civil engineering developments.

After taking an MSc in Facility Management at UCL, London he embarked on a career in Facilities Management, and has worked in operational FM, Change Management, and Commercial roles.

Since 2016 Stephen has operated as an independent FM consultant.  He has undertaken both consultancy and interim operational roles across the UK and the Middle East.
